You will work closely with the owner in a highly accountable, KPI-driven environment where speed, follow-up, organisation, and conversion ability are highly valued.
This is a high-activity role and will suit someone comfortable handling 75-100+ calls per day across inbound enquiries, outbound follow-up, treatment conversion, recalls, and reactivation.

## Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Optimise patient conversion and retention
* Respond to all enquiries within a maximum of 5 minutes
* Proactively follow up pending consultations and unscheduled treatment
* Reactivate dormant patients and incomplete treatment cases
* Encourage timely decision-making and explain urgency where treatment delays may increase complexity and cost
* Explain available payment plan options
* Efficiently manage high enquiry volumes and complete 75-100+ calls per day
* Work closely with the owner to ensure booking targets and KPIs are achieved
* Handle objections related to anxiety, timing, uncertainty, and finances
* Welcome patients and create a premium patient experience
* Build strong rapport and trust with prospective patients
* Reduce no-shows through reminders, preparation, and patient engagement
* Conduct post-treatment follow-up calls to monitor recovery and patient satisfaction
* Encourage patient reviews and referrals
* Maintain recall and long-term maintenance programs
* Maintain CRM dashboards and accurate records for enquiries, consultations, bookings, treatment conversion, and follow-up activity
* Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and patient communication initiatives
Pay: $105,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
