Project and Product Testing

• Conduct UI analysis and testing to evaluate functionality, usability, and accessibility.
• Develop and execute test plans for functional, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure First Time Quality through rigorous testing and defect management.
• Perform regression testing during system upgrades and maintain test cases.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and integration leads across design and implementation phases.
• Liaise with stakeholders regarding new releases and provide detailed defect analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to requirements traceability matrix to measure test coverage.

User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX)

• Participate in user research activities such as interviews, A/B testing, and surveys.
• Create UX deliverables including personas, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
• Design digital interfaces that balance user experience principles with business needs.
• Conduct usability studies and heuristic reviews, documenting recommendations for improvement.
• Support development of experience designs from inception through launch.

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working in Agile and DevOps environments for complex projects.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and automated testing for CI/CD processes.
• Strong knowledge of user-centred design methodologies and techniques.
• Ability to test complex calculations for accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical thinking.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and adherence to style standards for fonts, colours, and images.

Desirable:

• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with mobile-first responsive design principles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Accredited qualification in User Experience, Interaction Design, or Human-Computer Interaction.
