About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to oversee the smooth planning and delivery of our projects. This role will involve coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring outcomes meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to deliver projects that reflect Goldenlight’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Develop, review, and negotiate variations to programs, projects, and services.
• Problem-Solving: Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to programs, projects, and services.
• Documentation & Compliance: Manage all paperwork related to programs, projects, and services, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Owners to ensure goals are met.
• Senior Management Support: Advise senior management on key matters and implement their decisions efficiently.
• Contractor Oversight: Oversee the work of contractors, monitor project progress, and report on any variations to work orders.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare, review, and present submissions and reports regarding the organization’s activities.
• Performance Tracking: Collect and analyze project-related data to assess outcomes and improve processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a project coordination role
• Head Contractor Experience: Prior work experience with a head contractor will be highly regarded.
• Project Management Knowledge: Understanding of project frameworks, compliance regulations, and construction standards.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and reporting tools.
• Problem-Solving & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
• Valid White Card (General Construction Induction).
• Valid Australian driver's licence.
