I have been working at ANZ Bank full-time (More than 10 years)
Anz still allows work life balance and general flexibility for staff.
Overall, staff still willing to collaborate among each other to achieve the right outcome for customers and shareholders
My voice survey has been games by senior manager who dictates on what staff should put on their survey. Any bad scores result in staff being punished rather than the manager.
Also, theres too many high paying manager rather than lower paying staff who actually does the job.
Advice to Management
Get rid of middle layer of management and give back staff share plan to lower group of staff who deserve it
