    Pros

Culture, benefit, pay, global exposure opportunities, work life balance

    Cons

The business strategy of the Bank had been changed in 2017, as a hub in Asia Pacific region the in-country support is minimal, and the job security seems not very high

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ANZ Bank (Hong Kong (Hong Kong)) in April 2015.

    Interview

I submitted my resume at the beginning. Then I was invited for a phone interview and then a competency based web interview. Then I need to attend a face to face interview with human resources department and then another round of interview with the hiring manager. The process is very long and timely. Overall experience was fine.
