    Pros

Great work atmosphere, Excellent Benefits, paid time off, employee discounts, great team environment. That is only to name a few.

    Cons

I never really have any cons. There is really nothing that comes to mind for cons. I wish I could have started with AT&T many years ago.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AT&T (Arlington, VA (US)) in October 2018.

    Interview

Contacted by recruiter via email. A bit curious, so I called and she set up a phone interview. Panel of questioners. Asked many open ended questions; seemed to think I was desperate for a job (I am already employed). This position was to be a "strategic hire" for a government customer (NGA), yet the immediate work was for a proposal - no telling if this job would still exist if the proposal itself was not successful.

The local reputation of AT&T is not good and now I know why. The entire group was a bit condescending and the job listing itself was a huge list of asks for a low pay range. Really, they can keep this job - good luck finding someone.
