    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at AT&T (Frederick, MD (US)) in April 2013.

    Interview

The hiring process took over a month. I applied and about a week later got a phone call from a recruiter. I had the phone interview right then which I passed, and he informed me that the only interview slot was in an hour and a half, and then there wouldn't be any for two weeks. I took him up on it and got to my interview fast. Then had an interview with a hiring manager, she was very easy going and nice and we hit it off really well. She told me I could expect to hear from them within a week or two if the manager wanted to go ahead with an interview. About 10 minutes into my drive home, I got another call from her, stating that the manager wanted to meet me the next day for an interview. I accepted and the rest was a piece of cake. The manager and I got along really well, and I knew I had the job at that point, but I had to wait for the offer. About a week and a half later I got the call from the recruiter offering me the job. Went through background check and drug test, and passed. However, I wasn't scheduled for the training class until two months later.
