I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)
Good benefits, flexible schedules, good amount of PTO.
Salaries were a little low for Market standards. and the annual raises were too low.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 12+ months. I interviewed at AT&T (Oakton, VA (US)) in January 2016.
Combination of in person and over the phone. Pretty in depth. Many of future peer group involved. Extended over 6 mos. Took two months after interviewing to receive offer. Initial offer was way below what was discussed. Took another two months to get offer amended.
