Accenture Mumbai (India) isn't hiring right now. Check out all Accenture jobs
I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than a year)
Having good project and employee friendly company with open standards.
While stitching project to be in good list of sr Management otherwise you have to struggle.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai (India)) in January 2020.
I reached the interview location by 11:30am.
1st round @ 12:30pm..It was a good easy round..He asked me "What do you know about Insurance?"
"R u Willing to work in Night shift?"
"Do u have a passport?,if not u should apply for it as soon as possible, it's mandatory..The Accenture company will reimburse the amount in ur 1st month salary"
The interviewer was done with the interviewa of all the Candidates then after ½hour he came out and started calling names of selected candidates for the 2nd round.
2nd round was Aptitude round by 2:30 it started..It was easy for me as it did not had any math related questions. The questions were verbal, logical, synonyms, antonyms, and few other questions.. just need to apply little % of your brain to clear it.
3rd round(Last round) was @5:30pm
He asked me.. "Tell me about yourself?"
"Questions based on your resume?"
"Ask if u have any previous working experience?"
"Speak on any topic you like for 2 mins?"
"Ask about Hobbies, family?"
"What's your Career goal?"
"What's your Career objective?"
"What's your short and long term goal?"
"Whats the square root of 13×13,12×12,9×9,20×20,14×14,25×25?"
So it took less than 10mins
Basically it was a pressure round, they check how u will manage under pressure, how much confident you are
Though I was not able to tell all squareroot..I was confident when I replied back..He asked me what's 13×13 and I said "Its 1...'155'"..He said..Really?..I said Is it really necessary to know the squareroot because for that we have calculator and I only remember squareroots till 12..So he asked me whats 12×12 and 9×9..the he asked whats 20×20 and 25×25..Then he moved onto next questions..
All u have to do is look smart, reply in a sensible manner even if u don't know the answer,be confident and Smile.. Don't look nervous..Its okay to be a lil nervous but don't show it by shaking ur leg or rotating/moving the chair side ways.
