    Pros

Everyone is hard working and educated.

    Cons

Tough to intentionally move around roles. When the business needs you to move it happens quickly, but when you want to proactively move for career growth it's challenging.

    Advice to Management

Promote from within and stop all the hoop jumping. Your existing employees are your best asset.
