Application
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at BD (La Jolla, CA (US)) in April 2019.
Interview
I was contacted by the local manager to conduct a 30 minute phone interview about the position and my background. I was then contacted to do an in-person interview, first with the local manager and a high-level scientist, and then another interview with the entire team. I was informed of the decision a month later.
Though I didn't receive an offer, everyone was very nice and helpful. I felt that the employees were very open to questions and receptive to my responses.
