    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BI-LO (Jacksonville, FL (US)) in August 2014.

    Interview

The initial interview was set up as a video taped session where the applicant answered/recorded the answers to the questions presented (no live interviewer). Based on the review of the taped response, a 1:1 phone interview was set up with the hiring manager. It took over two weeks before they got back with me to ask me to consider a different position from what I had interviewed for.

    Interview Questions

    • How comfortable are you with managing projects with teams that are not versed in or supportive of process governance?   Answer Question

    Reasons for Declining

The compensation and level of position offered were not commensurate with my goals.
