I worked at Berkshire Hathaway full-time (More than 3 years)
Top notch training, support, team spirited office culture, & leadership with potential for advancement for those deserving few who demonstrate leadership abilities.
Can sometime micro-manage.Focus is on recruiting experienced agents, not new, fresh talent. Some offices are in need of updating, somewhat outdated.
Advice to Management
Consider specific recruiting efforts on new agents with sales, customer service background experience.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Berkshire Hathaway (Devon, PA (US)) in March 2016.
Very simple interview process. Involved one phone call which the manager asked me a short list of questions about myself and my resume. The second round was an in person interview with a VP and a manager where I was asked a lot more detailed set of questions but still very simple.
