I applied online. I interviewed at CDK Global (Portland, OR (US)) in May 2021.
The interviewer was unprofessional from the beginning. The interviewer initially refused to tell me how long of an interview was being requested and whether it would be phone or web based. After committing to this interview I was told that I must also commit to another interview that has to take place prior to the commitment I just made. I reluctantly agreed to this additional commitment. When the interview time came I received an email from the interviewer saying that they did not have my phone number. I respond immediately, but the interviewer waited to call me until after the end of the scheduled interview time. At this point I was still on the fence, but I was asked as the first question: "am I serious about the role". Given all that had happened, that question showed a remarkable lack of professionalism and I ended the interview at that point. In one final unprofessional act , when I was asked to explain my reasoning for ending the interview and withdrawing from consideration, I was interrupted mid-sentence.
