Externally, Cielo says it is an innovative company, but internal politics is very conservative in implementing a new project. In general, they are not open to new ideas

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cielo (São Paulo, São Paulo (Brazil)) in June 2016.

    Interview

A screening in your resume and a fit interview mainly focusing if you are adapted to the culture and will know how to handle stakeholders expectations. HR rep presented Cielo position and benefits, and how performance review process happened.
On the next step, direct manager interviewed me about fit analysis and lastly, I was waived the interview with VP
