    Application

    I applied online. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Belfast, Northern Ireland (UK)) in September 2021.

    Interview

    I submitted my application on the 4th Sept.
    I had my Screening call with one of the HR team on the 8th Sept.
    My 1st interview was the 30th Sept - standard competency interview with a Manager.
    Feedback from 1st interview was provided by HR the next day on the 1st Oct.
    My 2nd interview was the 12th October and was very extensive. There was a 1 hour written assessment to be completed in advance, then a case interview with a PMO Specialist, then a cultural fit interview with the COO.
    Feedback from 2nd interview was provided by one of the interviewers within a few hours on 12th October.
    Contract was provided on the 21st October.

    Very quick process taking about 6/7 weeks for several stages, including emails with HR to provide my availability for interviews as well.

    Overall a very intense process but very well organised with a brilliant HR team. HR are so responsive and informative, and very up front about the types of interview you’ll be getting so you can prepare. The interviewers were all very friendly and encouraging as well.
