    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Westlake, TX (US)) in June 2020.

    Interview

Started with 7 HireVue behavioral questions. Then moved on to the GATE assessment (Maths and English), 45 questions, 45 minutes. Few days later, had a 30 minutes call with the talent consultant (casual conversation). It was to basically help you understand the job, the pay and benefits. The zoom interview wasn’t easy. It was as if I was interviewing for a managerial position 😆. Most questions were based on my current job position. Make sure you can explain what you do in details. Waiting to hear back after the July 4th holiday.

    Interview Questions

    • Why fidelity, why financial management and why this position?
      What motivates you?
      How do you receive feedback?
What does success mean to you?
What would you do if you’re at the bottom after an appraisal compared to your colleagues?
What do you know about the Series 7 and 63 and how do you plan to study?   Answer Question
