Application
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at GlaxoSmithKline (Munich, Bayern (Germany)) in July 2020.
Interview
I applied online from LinkedIn. The process took 1 week.
The interview was 25 min. He talked to me in English and asked me about German language
- I wrote in my CV that My German language is A1.
- I wrote in my CV that I had near 3 years experience.
He rejected me because they want someone with fluent German and more experience. What's the point of submitting CVs when the interviewer is not going to read.
It feels like that they do not have the position or intention of hiring anyone, which is understandable due to COVID effect on companies. Probably it is a poorly executed publicity action.... Definitely not professional behavior and not a place to work.
