    Pros

Great leading pharma/biological company. Lots to learn on this environment (vaccines division), as it is very technical and also part of a very important role for society.

    Cons

None to mention, so far so good...

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at GlaxoSmithKline (Wavre (Belgium)) in August 2015.

    Interview

A two stage interview with the first being conducted over the teleconference facitlty. This was prompt, not too inavasive and mostly about skills, experience and outlook. The working environmenrnt and project was discussed, in a structured way, allowing for feedback from both sides - interviewer and interviwee. Second stage was face to face but informal. Transport to the site was fully recompensed.
