    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Google (Chicago, IL (US)) in February 2020.

    Interview

HR setup the conversations through Hangouts. There were two, each with 40 minutes. It was for the Partnerships Dept in Play Games.

It was a mix of behavioral questions with product and go-to-market strategies.

Both interviewers were nice, professional and considerate.

The process after took very long, HR kept pushing the deadline until eventually they said "No". This took about 2 months total when it should have taken 1-2 weeks. Part of it is understandable given Covid-19.
