    I have been working at Hays full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    A stimulating career in a corporate business that allows you to work in an entrepreneurial style. Excellent training that enables you to then get on with the job. Able to put a range of skills to use - and learn new skills - including but not limited to sales, people skills, communication, sales writing, marketing. Varied job in a company that has a strong DNA. 21 years since I began my career here at Hays and I have never booked back. The people I work with and the job content make it a great place to be!

    Cons

    If there were many I would not have chosen to stay and enjoy my career here at Hays for 21 years!

    Application

    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Hays (Lancaster, England (UK)).

    Interview

    - online tests;
    - assessment centre;
    - interview

    Overall, just the usual process as many other intern applications. The hiring process was linear and ended with the group interview and then the 1:1 interview. Both went fine and the staff there were very helpful.
