    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Hays (Manchester, England (UK)).

    Interview

Two interviews, first with two directors and final with Head of. The first was a mix of conversational questions and competency based questions with specific examples needed. The second was more of a 'team fit' interview.
