    Pros

Rewarding, both financially and knowledgwise, good training.

    Cons

Too much focus on KPI's vs candidate / client interaction

    Advice to Management

Carry on, however get consultants to place more emphasis on candidate / client interaction vs keyboard thumping. Ditch Bond Adapt. Embrace new technology.
