I worked at Hays full-time (More than 3 years)
You will go through 9 months of training while you work.
Large database and plenty of experienced consultants to work with who will support you.
Large client base to work.
Other companies provide better compensation and commission schemes.
Not a great name in the market, known for some sloppy work.
Management can be dubious at best, differs from person to person.
Advice to Management
Best to work a bit harder at retaining talent after two years, as most people move on to better things after their second year and promotion.
