    Pros

Great place to learn and work life

    Cons

Hardly any salary hikes for most employees. All profits taken by top management and few. Most IBMers don't even get salary hikes adjusted to fit even the inflation

    Advice to Management

Work hard to increase salary of every IBM. Hey that's your key job as part of management team. Share your profits with all employees.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Bengaluru (India)).

    Interview

    First round was Programming test
Second round was Technical Interview on Java / J2EE along with UI questions.
Last round was Manager / HR round.
The whole process completed in a day and I got the offer on that same day. Both the rounds were difficult and the whole interview process was very thorough.
