      I have been working at IBM full-time (More than 3 years)

      Pros

      - Great Benefits which includes, PTO, PCH, Sick Time Off, medical benefits, Matching 401K, Stock Options.
      - learning Resources are so many and free that you can pretty much utilize and learn anything that relates to your career and grow with them.
      - Tools that IBM uses are very intuitive and technologically advanced in the IT market which makes job simple to understand and use.

      Cons

      - In the area where I am working is very competitive and data centers getting build consistently which creates lots Job opportunities with higher pay and Management is not able to match that which causes high turnover and losses of great talent and dissatisfied employees
