I applied in-person. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Reston, VA (US)) in June 2018.
Interview
Unprepared- asked questions not pertaining to job. Age was a factor. Did not read resume prior to interview. Asked If I had a problem working 60 hours per week and weekends. Questions pertaining how I would address a client in a unfortunate situation- how I would spin the answer.
