I have been working at Kellogg Company as an intern (Less than a year)
Pros
As an intern, the company is very invested in you and has your best interest in mind. They do a really good job of organizing events to teach you about the rich company history, and keep you informed on what Kellogg's is doing to adapt and change to continue to benefit society. Their intern program is very structured, and you will be given a lot of responsibility which allows you to learn and grow throughout your time there. They also offer benefits like summer hours and paid time off, even for interns.
Cons
There are some times that are stagnant because things will be busy and people need to focus on their own work. However, if you ask for more work, you will likely get it.
Advice to Management
Doing a gr-r-reat job!
Application
I interviewed at Kellogg Company (Battle Creek, MI (US)) in September 2020.
Interview
Zoom call with basic interview questions. Was prepared for more job related and college related questions, so this completely threw me off. Also, being interviewed by three people over a Zoom call is very overwhelming and at times confusing.
