    Pros

Great place to work as a delivery driver.. Very easy job great pay free healthcare for family... Snacks sometimes. Great management right now

    Cons

Starting times can be difficult at times.. Can be dangerous at times driving semi in bad weather.. Idiot drivers on the roads

    Advice to Management

Attendance policy.. Personal time off could use adjustment.. Some more snacks.. Cookouts would be awesome in summer time.. Overall it's great place to work

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Kellogg Company (Cincinnati, OH (US)) in August 2017.

    Interview

Online application followed by a phone screening/interview. The next step was a face to face interview (one on one) on site. Received an offer the same day. The longest part of the process was just doing the background check and drug testing because it takes some time to provide and submit the information and it has to be completed within a few days.
