I worked at Kellogg Company as an intern (Less than a year)
Pros
There is a lot of freedom to work on your own without too strict of deadlines. However, there is also team projects that senior analysts are willing to give you tips on if you have any questions. You also get discounts on their food projects once per week.
Cons
Not much room for growth. At times, the work can be slow and the days tend to seem longer.

Application
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Kellogg Company (Elmhurst, IL (US)) in December 2015.
Interview
I applied on-line. At first was rejected due to not having specific SAP BPC experience. Later was called for an initial HR screen, then Hiring manager screen, and finally brought in for a panel interview at Elmhurst, Illinois location. The process is very structured (actually can see on their career site) and I would say one of the best I have experienced in regards to professionalism and also respect of candidates time. The panel interview is all behavioral questions, with time to also ask any questions I had. Even though I did not receive offer (actually a former co-worker was hired), I definitely would try for another position if opportunity was out there. Only fix would be that if one makes it to final round would be nice to have an actual person call that you did not receive position instead of the very not personal Taleo generated E-mail.
