I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time (More than 5 years)
End to End Process Supervisor (can help develop you into higher roles inside/outside the company).
Paid very well for your time (overtime in excess of standard hours worked).
Benefit Package (vast array of insurance plans, fsa/flex spending/dependent spending cards)
Opportunity to work in matrix teams and impact projects.
Great PTO starting package and building extra weeks occurs rather quickly compared to other companies.
Can be a great opportunity to test your character and build your patience.
7 day work week schedule. Even with a good PTO policy you have to schedule time off/out of the plant way in advance.
If you are not a leader or a manager of people this will be a difficult job because of the culture of the workforce sometimes you have difficult situations to deal with.
The job can be stressful with the amount of breakdowns you have to manage through in a week.
Very few next career opportunities inside the facility after the restructuring of salaried teams. You will likely have to relocate if you wish to take on roles with more responsibility and oversight.
Advice to Management
Continue to improve the culture and relationships between all the workers. Continue to build trust and look for opportunities to help.

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Kellogg Company (Memphis, TN (US)) in July 2012.
Interview was very professional with interaction if 3 interviewers. Did feel a little out numbered. A PowerPoint presentation was required which made it easier to present my resume. Group seemed to be very excited to be there.
