    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Kellogg Company (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in September 2016.

    Interview

Three people in interview - One asking questions and writing down answers. They sat at one end and you sat at the other...they wanted to look to see how your body language was. They questions asked were sitiuational. They wanted you to tell them - what you did right, what you did qrong and what you would change. Very direct questions and very focused.
