I have been working at L'Oréal as an intern (Less than a year)
As an intern at L'Oréal you are given real responsibilities within the team. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, as long as you take the intitiative!
The company has a strong culture, which is for sure not a bad thing, though it has to fit your personality.
The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Hoofddorp (Netherlands)).
Keep in mind that you need to talk to +- 5 people before they make you an offer. 2 HR managers, 2 managers of your discipline and 1 interview with the managing director. Feedback after your interview can take more than a week, but they might ask if you can have the next interview tomorrow.
