I worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Treat their employees extremely well. I got to do actual work rather than minor intern work such as making copies.

    Cons

Work can sometimes be boring. Internship was not very structured.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Roseland, NJ (US)) in May 2019.

    Interview

Well after applying online I received an email to setup a phone interview the day. The phone screening interview was quick less than 10 mins. The person only asked 4 behavioral star formatted questions. I was kind turn off by the idea that the starting salary on the application would definitely be under even the minimum threshold. I was told that within a week I should know if the hiring manager want to proceed with my resume but I'm not holding my breath. Normally from what I ever at the end of the call the recuirter tries to setup a 1 on 1. I guess if I could give anyone any advice make sure you practice star format interview questions. I fumbled on this one as I wasn't as prepared as I could have been and I know it but if any changes Ill make sure to update you guys.
