Application
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Weston, MA (US)).
Interview
There is a phone screening with HR. Then you will be contacted to set up an interview with a hiring manager. You will typically meet with two managers at once. They may have openings on both teams, or they may not. The standard interview involves behavioral questioning. Tell me about a time when x occurred and how you reacted and etc. Definitely want to have specific examples in mind. If that interview goes well they will usually sit you down with their manager for more questioning. Sometimes but not all there is a peer interview portion where you sit and go through the job details with someone currently in the role. Then be prepared to wait a very long time for a decision.
