I have been working at Lockheed Martin full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Very pleasant atmosphere, most of the people are polite and friendly. The pay is good and the job offers plenty of opportunity for advancement

    Cons

Some people may not like the early morning hours and the very busy days. Also when the treat level is raised it requires a lot more detailed responsibilities.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management will be to try to develop a better communication with employees and except their ideas if it make sense. Work together as a team in order to achieve the best possible outcome.
