I have been working at Lockheed Martin full-time (More than a year)
Great work/life balance (off every other Friday), supportive management, team environment, fun, professional people
There are not any cons I can think of.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Bethesda, MD (US)) in November 2019.
The interview process for the CLDP took place over the course of 2+ months, culminating in a visit to the HQ in Bethesda. First was a phone/Skype interview, which only about 25 applicants out of ~300 are selected for, then out of those 25 they choose 9-12 to come to HQ for a panel interview and networking reception. Out of those final few, they choose 3-4 to hire.
