    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (White Settlement, TX (US)) in April 2016.

    Interview

Interview was held with a manager, 2 supervisors and an HRBP. The room was fairly small but it kept the atmospere less formal. Interviewers took turns asking questions and there was a lot of writting while answers were being given. They utilized the STAR format in the structure of the questions. There was good back and forth asking and answering questions and at the end the graciously fielded additional questions from me.
