I have been working at MYOB full-time (More than 3 years)
Without doubt the people are the best I have ever worked with
Career growth & opportunity if you are driven
Flexibility & work life balance are unreal
You need to be able to manage upwards, and work well without that kind of guidance as leadership is often in churn.
Have grown really fast but some parts of the business still hold onto the old ways. Can be a little bit frugal at times.
Advice to Management
Open the purse strings again. Take care of each other & your people. You are critical to making this place great. If we need our people to operate in a leader/leader way, they might need to be trained that way. But we are all lucky to work in an environment where we can be conscious of these things. There are far worse places to work! These kinds of challenges grow people!

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MYOB (Cremorne, Victoria) in July 2017.
Initial face-to-face chat with a recruiter.
After that, there is a take home coding test. It is expected to finish within a week.
You need to show a good test coverage in your solution.
If you pass the coding test, there will be a behaviour interview.
You should expect that the behaviour interview will not be like an ordinary interview which the interviewers ask you questions then you answer. They made it like that you are having a chat. For example, for the question "tell me about yourself", they don't ask that direct question, instead, the interviewer would start introducing themselves then you take your turn to introduce yourself.
