I have been working at MYOB full-time (More than a year)
I have worked within different parts of the MYOB business and all aspects of working within MYOB have been great. The leadership team take on feedback and make positive changes one step at a time. Some things are out of their control. There are a few negative posts within these glass door reviews that are fake and written by a corrupt fraudulent ex employee who finds it relevant to be vindictive against a TL who they blames for their own actions. This person will stop at nothing and hides behind a keyboard and blogs to share their feelings publicly though despite this fails to align the truth. So here it is the MYOB inside sales team is a great place to work with supportive managers who want to see staff succeed and no one more than the Partner Centre Team Leader it’s a great team environment positive and supportive of growth and teaches you the ropes when starting out. Don’t ever rule out MYOB as the place to be.
The only downside so far that I can see and I’ve been here a while is that while staff like the vindictive person who’s hiding behind a keyboard were never held accountable for their fraudulent activity and behaviours - no other company would of given them chance after chance and in turn that ruins it for those left behind as targets are at times unrealistic because of the sins of others
Advice to Management
Do something about the above to ensure you retain good staff and accommodate targets so staff are not disadvantaged by the sins of those moved on
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at MYOB (Glen Waverley) in October 2019.
It was a quick process that went on for a week. I applied online which is when they wanted me to complete an online assessment which had basic behavioral questions. Once i cleared that they called me in for a face to face interview.
