Much place to show your professional value.
Too much politics, separate teams need more independence in making decisions.
Advice to Management
Set priorities in terms of projects your team owns, reduce their number, make diversified teams, hire competent employees, who believe they have power over reality, think forward about what your team delivers for internal and external customers to facilitate future improvement, value your time and time of your team, devote time to team building and training, don"t waste financial resources on what you cannot deliver.

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Olympus (Hamburg (Germany)).
First interview was a personal fit meeting, afterwards interview with top management including presentation of a job related topic.
Interviewer forgot about the first interview so it had to be rescheduled. Secongd try the interviewer was 15 minutes late. very poor way of behaving with potential candidates.
