Advice to Management
Set priorities in terms of projects your team owns, reduce their number, make diversified teams, hire competent employees, who believe they have power over reality, think forward about what your team delivers for internal and external customers to facilitate future improvement, value your time and time of your team, devote time to team building and training, don"t waste financial resources on what you cannot deliver.
