Good benefits and good colleagues to work with. Senior management is always willing to listen.
Growing pains as the other reviewer has said. Customer care call center can be painful to deal with. You may have to watch out the work life balance. may become hectic and really stressful if you are not careful due to what is expected of you!
Advice to Management
Just keep listening to what the front liners are telling. This will benefit the company in the long run if you take notes from the direct contacts with clients.
