I have been working at Stantec full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I have worked for the firm for nearly five years. New leadership has now taken the appropriate steps to promote personal growth and advancement opportunities. The office environment has largely shed its large corporate feel and has embraced its organic spirit.

Working for a large firm has allowed our office to showcase our strengths and learn from an array of different sectors and other talented professionals.

    Cons

Better communication when teams are relocated within the office.

    Advice to Management

Continue to empower those who mentor

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Stantec (Miami, FL (US)).

    Interview

The interview was held in the morning and it was quite easy but they pay very low wages that you can not live off in Miami. No wonder their profit last year was $164,000 Million and the revenue $2.88 Billion. (source Wikipedia)

Well, now I know who is Not getting any of that money.

    The employees!!

Side note: The interviewer had not really read my resume.
