I worked at Stantec full-time (More than 5 years)
Flexible work hours, good community, stock and rrsp options, and benefits aren't too bad
Communication on deadlines/deliverables are sometimes not clear.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stantec (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in February 2018.
Relatively organized, 2 interviews process, met a panel of senior associate and design principal for the first interview, then I was called in for a second interview with the HR who briefly introduced me to the managing director.
