Good pay, benefits, programs. Just stay in shape, show up on time with a clean shaven face, be in the right uniform, and you're good.
Away from home for long periods of time. The rotten apples of society often end up in the service with no where else to go and are usually the ones that make it to the top, prepare to spend years biting your tongue and punching walls, do what you're told no matter how ridiculous and you don't have to worry.
I applied in-person. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at US Army (El Paso, TX (US)) in August 2018.
Years of dedicated hard work as an Enlisted member. Find a mentor that is an currently serving as a Warrant Officer. Have them mentor and guide your packet submission. Complete all required additional officer courses. Complete follow on assignments successfully and submit DA Board packet for review to advance to next rank.
