Build a Warrant Officer Packet and obtain letters of recommendation to submit for review board. Instructions can be found on the Signal Warrant Officer recruiting website. You must have a background in IT and have at least a minimum of Security+ and recommend having CCNA certification. Previous civilian experience is a plus but also having experience with military systems will help tremendously.
