I have been working at US Army (More than 5 years)
Some great leaders, some very caring and passionate people
Some terrible soldiers, some people that only care about themselves, their friends and their own careers.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at US Army (Laramie, WY (US)) in August 2011.
A series of leadership and military training and assessment events over 2 years as an ROTC cadet. I was assessed at basic and advanced training over the summer to assess my ability to mentally and physically perform the duties of an army officer. The environment was very competitive, with cadets being ranked from 1 to n (best to worst) with the most capable being given first priority for the best assignments.
