- Appalling Management. Management doesn't believe or live out company values. Lacks basic management skills.

- Constant blame and push for productivity when teams have been constantly putting in extra non paid hours.
- Lack of appreciation for their staff.
Advice to Management
Treat your people with integrity and respect. Appreciate your staff before they start leaving.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Westpac Group (Parramatta).
I found recruiter Holly to be polite efficient and to the point. She asked excellent questions about my experience and made sure I was comfortable with the requirements for the role. I was well prepared for my interview.
I was informed in a timely manner of the result and was overall a delightful process depute not being given the role.
