    Seriously, one of the best places I’ve worked! Great people, great moral, great culture. Love love love it!

    Cons

    Starting pay is a little on the low side for call centers. But benefits make up for it.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 1-800 CONTACTS in October 2012.

    Interview

    I was given the opportunity to apply for a position within the company. The recruiter understood that I had another job and that I would need to work around my current schedule. I had interviews at 7 a.m. to accommodate my schedule and was brought back multiple times in order to work around the various time constraints. After multiple interviews, I was offered the position and was given the opportunity to discuss the position and potential change of employment with my spouse. The benefits package was laid out clearly as was the salary.
