    Approves of CEO

I have been working at 360training full-time (More than a year)

I’ve been working for 360 for over a year, and I can now say that I can see that we have a strong vision of the e-learning marketplace and even better the most passionate people I’ve ever worked with. They believe in the vision, the product and finally we are investing in some amazing Managers throughout the company. It’s very diverse company. Over 50% of our company is overseas. The head of marketing is a woman, the head of HR is a woman and even the CEO is a minority.

I agree with some of the comments below. It is an entrepreneurial environment and you have to be very good in your ability to prioritize your workload since it is a fast paced environment.

    Advice to Management

As we grow, let’s continue to hang on to the great people you’ve hired. Operations and Technology have had too many mishaps. Those two department require accountability and have caused us to lose customers and people. Please do something about it. I would also add that we are not a data driven company. I would recommend management to train everyone to make decisions based on data and make dashboards / reports readily available to key staff members.

    Difficult Interview

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 360training.

The company has a very intense interview process where you get to interview several stake holders and they interview you and then you have to present your plan. while I went through this process I uncovered that I was not the right fit for the role. Saved myself from a poor career move.
